EXCHANGE POLICY

14-Day Exchange Window (UK Orders Only)

We offer exchanges only within 28 days of the purchase date for eligible items purchased online within the UK.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns.

Exclusions apply — exchanges are not accepted on:

  • Customised or bespoke jewellery

  • Heritage / Special collections

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Nose rings (Naths)

  • Any item showing signs of wear or damage


PRODUCT VARIATION NOTICE

Our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each piece unique. As a result:

  • Natural stones and pearls may vary slightly in colour, shape, or texture

  • Minor variations are part of the craftsmanship and not considered defects

All items undergo quality control checks before dispatch.


HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To request an exchange within 18 days of purchase:

  1. Notify us first by email or phone, clearly stating your order number and exchange request.

  2. Exchanges are accepted only for unworn, undamaged items.

  3. Once your exchange is authorised, you must arrange return shipping with proof of postage, or you may drop the item off at our London location.

  4. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES

If you would like us to send the exchanged item back to you, the following postage charges apply:

  • UK 2nd Class Standard: £4.99

  • UK 1st Class Shipping: £7.99

  • Express Shipping: £20

Shipping fees must be paid before the exchanged item is dispatched.


IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

  • Exchanges will not be processed if prior notification was not received.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.


EXCHANGES WE CANNOT ACCEPT

We cannot process exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided

  • Incorrect postcode or address formatting

  • Shipping address mismatch between checkout and customer confirmation

  • Items returned without prior approval
