No Return policy

Exchange within 14 Days: We offer exchanges on all eligible items within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly contact our customer service team or visit our store within the specified timeframe.

Store Credit Option: In case you are not interested in an immediate exchange, we also provide the option of store credit for the returned item. The store credit can be used towards any future purchases at Sazz.

Intact Tags: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact and attached. Please ensure that the tags remain undamaged and securely fastened to the product.

Earrings Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings that have been used or worn. If the earrings have been removed from their original packaging or have been worn, they will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Proof of Purchase: To process any exchange or store credit, a valid proof of purchase is required. This can include the original receipt, order confirmation email, or any other relevant documentation.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for exchange or store credit due to their nature, such as personalized or custom-made products. Additionally, any items that have been damaged or altered by the customer may not be eligible for exchange.
